Soil Reinforcement with Synthetic Fibers and Plastic Waste Materials: A Review

The soil reinforcement technique is used to improve the engineering characteristics of soils. In this technique, various types elements have been in constructions for a very long time. As mentioned previous literature, use synthetic fibers and plastic waste materials has shown promising results. when these inclusion soils, significant enhancements are demonstrated overall mechanical properties (especially strength properties) reinforced Sequentially, randomly distributing methods involved increasing attention geotechnical applications due its efficiency improving properties. study, soil-reinforcement mechanism, (synthetic material), were reviewed. advantages disadvantages material also discussed. well, some recommendations review paper order fully understand behavior soils if taken into account.
